For business owners
If you run one of the 17,520 businesses listed here, this page explains how that happened and what to do if something is wrong.
How you got listed
You did not sign up, and you were not charged
Your listing is built from your public Google Business Profile and, where you have a website, from what that website says about your company. There is no fee, no ranking you can buy and no advertising on this site. Nothing about your position changes if you contact us.
What we show
The distribution, not a verdict
Your listing shows the full breakdown of your Google reviews rather than the average alone, the pests your reviewers write about, your opening hours, and how often you reply to reviews. Claims from your own website are shown as your statements, clearly marked as self-reported.
We do not verify licences and we make no statement about anyone’s licence status. We do not republish review text. We do not editorialise about your business. The full method is here.
Claiming
Claim your listing
Claiming your listing gives you a direct line to us for corrections and puts a claimed by the business note on the page, so visitors can see the business itself stands behind the contact details. A person reviews every claim against proof of ownership. It costs nothing, and it never changes how your listing ranks — those two facts are the point.
Start a claim here, or use the claim link on your listing’s contact panel.
Once it is approved you get a sign-in of your own. Use it to correct your phone number and website, describe what you handle, and list the pests and the places you cover — all published as your own statement, marked on the listing as self-reported. Your reviews, your rating and where you appear are not editable there, by you or by us. Sign in to manage your listing.
Corrections
Getting something changed
If a detail is wrong — the wrong address, a business that has closed, hours that changed, a claim attributed to you that is not on your site — email help@exterminatorguild.com from an address at your company’s domain if you can, and say what is wrong.
Two things worth knowing. Most of what appears here is drawn from your Google profile, so fixing it there fixes it here at the next refresh and fixes it everywhere else too. And review counts and ratings come from Google — we cannot change those, and would not.
If you want your listing removed entirely, say so and it will be removed. You do not have to give a reason.
