Everyone’s rated 4.9.Here’s what that hides.

Google records how many one-star reviews a business has, and shows you an average instead. This site publishes the whole distribution — including the 3.5% that are one or two star — for the 100% of listings whose histogram was collected.

Google’s own review histogram · 19,245 businesses · captured 2026-09-16

Start with the problem

What is in the house?

Google derives topics from the text of reviews and counts how often each one is named. That is how a company earns a place on these pages — not because it lists a service, but because its customers wrote about it.

Businesses whose reviewers named that pest · Google review topics

On every listing

Four things the map pack will not tell you

The critical share

What proportion of the reviews are one or two star, taken from Google's full histogram rather than from a sample we chose.

Whether the owner replies

Across the review texts we hold, 73% carry a reply from the business. For a trade sold on turning up, that is a real signal.

What reviewers actually name

Termites, rodents, wasps — ranked by how many reviewers mentioned them, so a specialism is evidenced rather than advertised.

When they are open

Published opening hours for 92.3% of the corpus, including the 3,488 businesses that list 24-hour cover. A wasp nest does not wait for Monday.

The method

Every figure on this site says where it came from.

What we count, what we refuse to show, and why a licence is never marked “verified” here — written down in full, because a directory you cannot interrogate is just advertising.
