Before you call

What to know about rodents

The problem: Mice and rats get in through gaps the width of a pencil, nest in wall cavities and roof spaces, and gnaw wiring.
How you know: Droppings along skirting boards, scratching overhead at night, a sharp ammonia smell in the roof space.
